Ray Mead
Founding PartnerLocation: Winchester Ray Mead MBA MOP PMP has been involved in project management for over 12 years. He has a strong background in telecommunications and IT, but has managed multinational projects in multiple industries. Ray has also served as an elected Councillor for the City of Southampton. Ray has since been closely involved in the development and deployment of project, programme and portfolio management methodologies and capabilities, delivering successful PMOs as well as project skills education through training, coaching and mentoring. p3m global conducted a series of project management education workshops based around PRINCE2 for over 40 participants in this organisation.
