WHY P3M GLOBAL?

p3m global conducted a series of project management education workshops based around PRINCE2 for over 40 participants in this organisation.
We developed a multi-level training programme, from half-day awareness sessions for top executives through to 3-day Practitioner level sessions that featured UFI’s own processes and tools as well as PRINCE2 best-practice.
The project involved close co-operation with the UFI Programme Office as well as the learning & development department together with representatives of the key business units involved.
