Vertu were looking to improve their project management capabilities and engaged p3m global to deliver PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner courses for a number of key personnel. The course furthered internal understanding of the processes, components and techniques key to successful project delivery based on the PRINCE2 methodology.
Additionally, Vertu had a requirement for a short term headcount increase to ensure the delivery of a key project, a requirement which p3m global addressed via its extended workforce model.
